EXECUTION METHODOLOGY

Clear scope.
Coordinated delivery.

When a business project touches operations, suppliers, technology, and branding, scattered contractors create friction and cost. SourceIt acts as your central point of coordination, organising the people, decisions, and work your project needs.

THE 5-STEP METHODOLOGY

From initial question
to operational capability.

STAGE 01

1. Understand

We review your commercial goals, current reality, operational constraints, customer signals, and available technical specifications. No pre-made templates; we start with your real numbers.

STAGE 02

2. Define

We document the agreed scope of work in writing: explicit deliverables, timeline milestones, named responsibilities, and specialist dependencies before any contract is signed.

STAGE 03

3. Assemble

We identify and mobilize the relevant specialist expertise, technical resources, and supplier contacts required for the project under clear, disciplined scopes.

STAGE 04

4. Execute

We coordinate milestone delivery, manage vendor RFQ comparisons, inspect physical samples, resolve floor bottlenecks, and ensure stringent quality standards.

STAGE 05

5. Improve

We conduct final outcome reviews against targets, hand over complete SOP documentation and source files, train your internal team, and map out next growth priorities.

OPERATING PHILOSOPHY

Why coordination matters
more than advice.

THE TRADITIONAL FRICTION

Scattered Unconnected Vendors

When founders attempt to coordinate five separate contractors independently—a packaging designer, a local printer, a machinery fabricator, an accountant, and a software freelancer:

  • Each vendor blames the other when components don't fit or print tolerances fail
  • The business owner spends 80% of their day refereeing vendor miscommunications
  • No one takes commercial responsibility for the final business outcome
  • Projects experience severe cost overruns and multi-month launch delays
ENGAGEMENT FORMATS

Four structured ways
to collaborate.

FORMAT 01 / ASSESSMENT

Business Diagnostic

A focused 2-week assessment of a specific operational, procurement, or brand bottleneck. We review floor data, interview team leaders, inspect supplier pricing, and deliver a prioritised 90-day action roadmap.

Key Output: Diagnostic brief, workflow bottleneck map, prioritized 90-day execution roadmap.
FORMAT 02 / SCOPED OUTCOME

Defined Project

A fixed-scope project for a defined outcome—such as designing and printing new packaging, establishing factory floor SOPs, scoping a business software system, or preparing for an export audit.

Key Output: Production assets, technical specifications, vendor evaluation, and operational handover.
FORMAT 03 / PROCUREMENT

Sourcing Assignment

A dedicated procurement sprint to identify, evaluate, and benchmark raw material suppliers, contract manufacturers, packaging converters, or machinery fabricators in Pakistan.

Key Output: Supplier shortlist, side-by-side quote comparison matrix, sample test report.
FORMAT 04 / STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

Ongoing Advisory

A retained monthly advisory partnership for active leadership teams requiring regular strategic check-ins, supplier coordination oversight, and milestone reviews across ongoing operations.

Key Output: Bi-weekly execution sprints, executive reviews, ongoing vendor coordination.
Fee Governance & Proposal Commitments

Fees depend strictly on project scope, technical complexity, specialist involvement, on-site travel requirements, and delivery responsibilities. Every client receives a comprehensive written proposal with fixed deliverables and milestones before work begins. Third-party vendor expenses (such as raw materials, printing, laboratory assay tests, structural engineering stamps, and software subscriptions) are itemized separately and paid directly to verified suppliers.
